A minimum 12 month warranty is applicable to all products unless stated otherwise (in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged it must be reported via our online warranty claim form within 6 working days of receiving the item).
It is recommend that you keep the original product packaging. If an item is required to be sent back to us and the original packaging has been discarded, the customer will bear the responsibility for safely packaging the product. Warranties are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We’re committed to helping you find that perfect piece. After receiving your item, if you decide it isn’t right for your space, or you just changed your mind, we understand.
We handle return requests (“change of mind”) on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of satisfying our customer. Any return requests can only be considered when submitted within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please note that some of our commercial and made-to-order products cannot be returned due to “change of mind” and therefore we must adhere to standard legislation policy under these circumstances.

After we receive the returned item(s) you will be refunded the total purchase price less our shipping costs (initial and return) to your original method of payment.
