Q: I would like to view your range, do you have a showroom I can visit?
Just Dining Chairs does not have a physical showroom that is set up for public viewing. By eliminating the need for a "brick and mortar" display our costs are lowered, allowing for quality products to be sold at competitive prices.
Q: Is local pickup an option?
Due to OHS regulations Just Dining Chairs is unable to facilitate pick up from our warehouses; all items are delivered via our courier network.
Q: What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Credit Card - Visa, MasterCard or AMEX (without surcharge).
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card online?
This website features first rate security compliance and an encrypted connection.
Q: I don't need a "Set of" stools, can I order individually?
When a product is labelled as a "Set of" they are packaged together and cannot be separated.
Q: What is "PU Leather"?
PU leather is a material made with a split leather backing covered with a layer of polyurethane (hence the term "PU leather") that is applied to the surface and then embossed.
Q: How can I find out more about a product?
After clicking on a particular product a gallery of images will be presented along with a description and list of features. The product's measurements can be found in the features list or image gallery. If additional information is required our customer support team can be reached via the "Contact Us" page or "Live Chat".
Q: How do I track my order?
You will receive periodic email updates relating to your delivery - sent to the email used at checkout.
Q: Do I need to be home for delivery / Can the courier call?
If delivery is attempted and no one is available a notification card will be left that provides instructions on how to retrieve your items.
Our carriers are not able to call before delivery. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that contains tracking information within 24 hours of your items leaving the warehouse.
If your order is overdue please check its status on the carrier's website using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email as delivery was most likely attempted and the card misplaced. This will also provide instructions on how to accept your items.
